Today, on July 29, a meeting of the working commission on monitoring the targeted, efficient, and timely utilization of allocated budget funds was held under the chairmanship of the Head (Akim) of the Kemin District State Administration, K. Shakirov.
The meeting was attended by representatives of law enforcement agencies, heads of relevant structural departments, leaders of local self-government bodies, and representatives of contracting organizations.
During the meeting, the progress of construction of social and infrastructure facilities within the district was discussed. Information was presented regarding the utilization of allocated financing, the quality of completed works, and compliance with established deadlines. Responsible parties reported on each facility, and problematic issues were addressed.
Following the discussion, members of the commission conducted on-site inspections of the construction projects to assess their technical condition and the quality of the completed works.
Based on the results of the inspection, specific instructions were issued to eliminate identified deficiencies and to accelerate the pace of work.
Transparent and efficient use of allocated funds remains one of the key priorities of the district leadership. Monitoring activities in this direction will continue on a regular basis.
