About the Project
ZET Cement LLC plans to construct a cement plant in Kemin District. The plant’s production capacity will be:
- 3,200 tons of clinker per day
- 1,400 tons of cement per day
The project is scheduled to be commissioned in 2026.

Source of financing: Private investment (subject to clarification if necessary)
