The meeting was chaired by A. Dubanaev, First Deputy Head of the Kemin District State Administration, who emphasized that the agricultural census is an event of national importance. He stated that conducting the census in a timely, accurate, and high-quality manner is the responsibility of every assigned official and highlighted the need to pay special attention to preparatory activities.
During the session, issues such as the selection and training of enumerators, strengthening public awareness and information campaigns, conducting broad explanatory outreach among the population, placement of banners, as well as organizational and technical matters were discussed in detail. Measures to enhance local coordination and clearly define responsibilities were also considered.
As a result of the meeting, specific tasks were assigned to the relevant services, and the objective was set to ensure the agricultural census is conducted at a high level. It was noted that registration activities across the district will be carried out in an organized and precise manner to collect complete and reliable data.
