The event was opened by K. Shakirov, Akim of Kemin District, who spoke about the district’s historical past, its present achievements, and future development priorities. Congratulatory remarks were also delivered by G. Kyshtobaeva, Deputy Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic in Chuy Region, and K. Osmonaliev, Olympic champion in weightlifting, who wished the people of Kemin unity, prosperity, and new successes.
As part of the celebration, a festive concert program was presented, featuring talented singers and dance performers. Both national and modern pieces were performed, creating an uplifting atmosphere for the audience.
