Kemin District State Administration
An open competition is announced to form an internal кадровый резерв for vacant administrative civil service positions of the senior group.
Candidate Requirements:
Applicants must:
- be a citizen of the Kyrgyz Republic;
- be at least 21 years old;
- meet qualification requirements established by law.
Qualification Requirements:
- higher education (any field);
- at least 1 year of state and/or municipal service experience or 3 years of relevant professional experience.
Mandatory Legal Acts (Basic Test):
- Constitution of the Kyrgyz Republic;
- Law on Citizens’ Appeals;
- Law on State Civil and Municipal Service;
- Law on Normative Legal Acts;
- Law on Combating Corruption;
- Standard Records Management Instruction (Government Resolution No.120, March 3, 2020).

- Law on Local State Administration and Local Self-Government;
- Constitutional Law on the State Language;
- Law on Education;
- Law on Social Services;
- Law on Public Health;
- Law on Physical Culture and Sports;
- Family Code;
- Tax Code;
- Land Code;
- Law on Public Procurement;
- Law on Municipal Property;
- Law on Electronic Governance.
